Welcome to SolveLoop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SolveLoop platform at solveloop.app ("Platform"), operated by SolveLoop ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolveLoop, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on SolveLoop, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@solveloop.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or use misleading account information.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to SolveLoop, including problems, solutions, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). By posting User Content on the Platform, you grant SolveLoop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the Platform:

• Spam: Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited content.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or hostile behavior toward other users.
• Self-Promotion: Using the Platform primarily to advertise products, services, or external businesses.
• Contact Sharing: Sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles) in posts or solutions for the purpose of soliciting off-platform communication.
• Scams and Fraud: Attempting to deceive or defraud other users through misleading content or schemes.
• Malicious Activity: Uploading malware, attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, or interfering with Platform operations.
• Circumventing Moderation: Attempting to bypass or manipulate the Platform's content moderation systems.

SolveLoop employs AI-powered moderation systems that automatically detect and flag violations of these rules. Content that violates these guidelines may be removed or restricted without prior notice.

5. Points and Rewards

SolveLoop offers a points and rewards system to encourage quality participation. By using this system, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Points, badges, and rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.
• SolveLoop reserves the right to modify, adjust, reset, or discontinue the points and rewards system at any time without prior notice.
• Points may be adjusted or revoked if earned through violations of these Terms or manipulation of the system.
• SolveLoop makes no guarantees regarding the availability or continuity of any rewards program.

6. Content Moderation

SolveLoop uses a combination of AI-powered automated systems and human review to moderate content on the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All content submitted to the Platform may be reviewed by automated AI systems for compliance with community guidelines.
• Content that is flagged by AI moderation may be subject to human review.
• We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or modify any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion.
• Moderation decisions are final, though you may appeal by contacting support@solveloop.app.

7. Intellectual Property

The SolveLoop platform, including its design, features, code, branding, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by SolveLoop and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without our express written permission.

As stated in Section 3, users retain ownership of their User Content. SolveLoop does not claim ownership of content you submit to the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users on the Platform.

SolveLoop does not endorse or verify the accuracy of User Content, including problems, solutions, or advice shared on the Platform. You rely on such content at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolveLoop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any User Content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or account.

In no event shall SolveLoop's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to SolveLoop, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or community guidelines.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 4.
• Repeated content moderation violations.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity, at our discretion.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@solveloop.app. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of SolveLoop after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
